The agreement between you and Venture Scale Media LLC governing use of our websites.

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Venture Scale Media LLC ("Venture Scale Media," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of venturescalemedia.com and the consumer lead generation websites we own and operate (together, the "Sites").
By accessing or using a Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
2. What we are — and are not
Venture Scale Media is a marketing company. Our role is to collect information from consumers who request it and connect them with third-party companies that may be able to serve them.
We are not, and do not act as:
- A lender, bank, credit union, or loan broker. We do not make credit decisions, set rates or terms, fund loans, or guarantee that any lender will approve you.
- An insurance carrier, insurance agency, or licensed insurance producer. We do not underwrite, quote, bind, or issue insurance policies.
- A home improvement contractor. We do not perform work, supply materials, provide estimates, or supervise any project.
- An agent or representative of any company we connect you with. We do not control their pricing, terms, conduct, or the quality of their work.
We do not guarantee any outcome. Submitting a request does not mean you will be contacted, will qualify, will receive an offer, or will receive favorable terms. Any rates, terms, coverage, pricing, or estimates come from the third-party company, not from us, and are subject to their own qualification criteria.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Sites and submit a request. Some products are unavailable in some states; where that is the case, we indicate it on the relevant form. By using the Sites you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Your submissions
You agree that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and your own. You may not submit information about another person unless you are legally authorized to do so and have that person's permission.
You grant us the right to use, store, process, verify, and share the information you submit as described in the Privacy Policy and in the consent disclosure shown on the form you completed.
We may verify, screen, score, reject, or decline to forward any submission at our sole discretion, including where it fails our fraud or data quality checks. We are not obligated to tell you why a submission was rejected.
5. Contact authorization
When you check the consent box and submit a form on one of our consumer Sites, you are providing your express written consent for Venture Scale Media and the companies described in that form's disclosure to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provided. That contact may include telephone calls and text messages placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, even if the number you provide is on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time as described in the Privacy Policy, or by replying STOP to any text message from a given sender.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or information belonging to someone else without authorization;
- Use a bot, script, scraper, or other automated means to access the Sites or submit forms;
- Attempt to circumvent our security, rate limiting, session tokens, or fraud detection measures;
- Mask or misrepresent your location or identity, including through proxies or VPNs, for the purpose of qualifying for a product;
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or any related systems;
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish any part of the Sites without our written permission;
- Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Sites at any time, without notice, for any reason — including suspected violation of these Terms.
7. Third-party companies and links
The Sites may link to, or transfer you to, websites operated by third parties. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy or security practices, or the products and services they offer.
Any dealings you have with a third-party company — including any transaction, agreement, policy, loan, or contract for work — are solely between you and that company. Venture Scale Media is not a party to that relationship and has no responsibility or liability for it. We do not endorse, warrant, or recommend any third-party company, and we do not guarantee their licensing, qualifications, performance, or conduct. You should independently verify any company's credentials before doing business with them.
8. Intellectual property
The Sites and their contents — including text, design, graphics, layout, logos, and software — are owned by Venture Scale Media or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Sites for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any information on the Sites is accurate, complete, or current. Nothing on the Sites constitutes financial, insurance, legal, tax, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial or insurance decision.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENTURE SCALE MEDIA AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Sites or your dealings with any third-party company — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Sites will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Venture Scale Media and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Sites, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Venture Scale Media each waive any right to a trial by jury and any right to bring or participate in a class action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
13. General terms
Changes. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Your continued use of the Sites after a change constitutes acceptance. Review this page periodically.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Venture Scale Media regarding the Sites, and supersede any prior understanding.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
