Why this page exists
When you submit a request on one of our consumer websites, the consent disclosure on that form refers to our "marketing partners." This page identifies who those are, so that the consent you give is informed rather than open-ended.
Which companies actually receive your information depends on the product you asked about, your state, and the qualification details you provided. Not every company listed will receive your information — and companies are added and removed over time, so check this page for the current list.
Categories of partners
- Licensed insurance agents and agencies
- Insurance carriers and their direct-to-consumer teams
- Field marketing organizations (FMOs) and independent marketing organizations (IMOs)
- Licensed insurance call centers
- Insurance comparison and quoting platforms
- Lenders and lending networks
- Loan matching and referral services
- Financial services marketing companies
- Credit-related product and service providers
- Debt relief and credit counseling services
Service providers
Separately from the marketing partners above, we use vendors who process information on our behalf and are contractually restricted to that purpose. They are not permitted to market to you. These include:
- Consent certification — ActiveProspect (TrustedForm) and Verisk (Jornaya LeadiD), which independently certify and store a record of your form interaction;
- Data verification — email deliverability, telephone number validation, and address verification services;
- Fraud prevention — IP intelligence and device fingerprinting providers used to detect proxies, bots, and duplicate submissions;
- Infrastructure — hosting, content delivery, and analytics providers.
Requesting the specific companies
This page lists categories. If you want to know exactly which companies received your specific information, we will tell you. Email privacy@venturescalemedia.com with the name, phone number, and email address you submitted, and we will identify the recipients of that request.
This is worth doing if you want to stop contact from a specific company, since each company must honor its own opt-out requests directly. See Your Privacy Choices for how to stop contact from us and how to opt out of future sharing.
What we do not do
- We do not sell consumer information to data brokers or list compilers.
- We do not share your information with companies outside the categories described in the disclosure you agreed to.
- We do not purchase consumer contact lists, appended data, or co-registration data.
